Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days (nationwide)
• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, selected cities)
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next working day.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above PKR 3,000
• Standard shipping: PKR 200 on orders below PKR 3,000
• Express shipping: PKR 350 (selected cities)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide. For COD orders, our customer service team will confirm your order via call before dispatch. Please ensure your contact number is correct.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order on our Track Order page.

Important Notes

• Khadijah is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
• Delivery to remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days.
